In an initial consultation, we'll get to know you, your wishes, and your ideas . As an experienced event agency, we'll work together to develop an initial vision for your event – tailored to you, your style, and your priorities. What do you want? What impact should the event have? We'll analyze your goals, target audience, and constraints together – the perfect foundation for a successful event.
2. PLANNING & DESIGN
Based on this foundation, we develop a well-thought-out and coherent event concept. We will search for suitable locations for you, curate a selection of appropriate venues, and present you with suggestions that match you and your vision.
Together we will develop an initial plan of action that will give you guidance.
Based on this, we select suitable service providers , coordinate all processes, and design every detail to create a harmonious overall impression. As an event agency in Munich, we combine fresh, modern ideas with years of experience to create an event that inspires and leaves a lasting impression.
3. COORDINATION & EXECUTION
From finding the perfect venue to catering and technical equipment , right through to invitations and the event schedule – we take care of the entire organization. Our Munich event agency coordinates all service providers, keeps track of deadlines, and ensures a structured and stress-free event.
