I’m Nadja Kögel – a wedding and event planner with 14 years of experience.
What defines our work: We combine modern, bespoke event concepts with flawless organization to create experiences that not only impress, but leave a lasting impression.
Our greatest priority: ensuring that our clients can enjoy their own event just as effortlessly as their guests.
No two events are ever the same. Whether it’s a wedding, private celebration, or business event, we want to understand who is behind the occasion, what makes it special, and what you want your guests to take away from the experience. From there, we develop bespoke, modern concepts that don’t feel like a trend or a template, but like a true reflection of the people or the brand behind them.
We love the moment when an empty venue suddenly transforms into a world of its own. When lighting, florals, furniture, music, and those small, unexpected details come together and create that one “wow” moment as you walk in.
But beautiful alone isn’t enough for us.
Because the best events are the ones where no one has to think about what happens next. Where one moment flows effortlessly into another, the right people are in the right place at the right time, and the hosts can celebrate just as freely as their guests.
That’s why we plan ahead, coordinate with precision, and work with a trusted network of vendors built over many years, whose quality we know we can rely on.
Because in the end, we truly believe that people don’t remember every single detail. They remember how it made them feel. And that’s exactly the feeling we want to create!
A DREAM SINCE
I WAS 13.
At 13, I first learned that being a wedding and event planner was an actual profession – and I immediately knew: This is exactly what I want to do. Nothing else.
I went on to complete my professional training in event management, followed by ten years working at various event agencies, where I learned the industry from the ground up and gained invaluable experience along the way.
Today, I run my own agency and, together with my team, create sophisticated weddings and events far beyond Germany. I now get to bring to life the very concepts that inspired me to pursue this path all those years ago – only bigger, bolder, and at the highest level.

What began as an early passion evolved over the years into a profession, then into a business – and today into a team that creates weddings and events with the highest standards of design, organization, and guest experience.

That’s why I founded “MAISON BLANCHE by Nadja Kögel” in 2025 – a curated network of selected premium vendors who share my standards of quality and professionalism.
Through exclusive networking events, I bring industry professionals together, create new connections, and build a network I can rely on for my own events.

01 — NEVER COPY. CREATE. No cookie-cutter events. We want to understand what makes people, brands, and occasions unique – and turn that into something truly distinctive. Modern concepts, unexpected ideas, and details that aren’t simply beautiful, but tell a story.
02 — DETAILS CREATE THE WOW. Atmosphere doesn’t happen by chance. The right lighting. A unique space. Music at just the right moment. Florals, colors, materials, and little surprises no one saw coming. For us, it’s exactly these details that turn something beautiful into a true wow moment.

WHEN I'M NOT PLANNING A PARTY...
Fashion, interiors, and new trends are a true passion of mine. I love discovering new places, immersing myself in unique concepts, and I get just as excited about exceptional design and perfect lighting as I do when creating my events.
My heart belongs to Italian cuisine, great restaurants, and discovering new bars, preferably in the company of the right people.
When I’m not out and about, you’ll most likely find me somewhere around Munich’s Viktualienmarkt or at one of the beautiful lakes just outside the city.
And because my mind is almost always full of new ideas, I need something to balance it all out: exercise, and preferably something intense. High-intensity training is the perfect counterbalance to my work and the one time when I can completely clear my head.
In short: I love beautiful things, great food, fresh inspiration, and life with all its little and big moments.
