Workshop Experience for 50 Participants

One day, 50 participants, and one goal: to bring workshop content to life in a way that leaves a lasting impression.

For Sony, we designed and executed a workshop experience in Munich where content, atmosphere, and event flow came together seamlessly. From the initial idea to the final session, we managed the entire planning process. What felt like an inspiring day to the participants was, behind the scenes, a precisely coordinated collaboration between speakers, models, venue, and catering.

450 attendees. Two conference days. An exclusively rented cinema with two parallel conference halls. Three evening events at different locations across Munich.

The MONARA Conference 2026 brought together the wedding industry for two days in one place: featuring inspiring expert talks, exclusive networking opportunities, and high-end evening events. The result was an event experience that combined professional development, community, and design at the highest level. What felt effortless to the guests had been meticulously planned down to the smallest detail.

Concept Development: Event concept, program structure, and guest journey across two days and three evenings

To kick off the season, MAISON BLANCHE hosted an exclusive event in collaboration with Königshof Munich. Right in the heart of the city, the rooftop terrace became the setting for an evening filled with meaningful connections, inspiration, and anticipation for the season ahead.

With panoramic views over Munich's rooftops, culinary highlights, and inspiring conversations, one thing took center stage: bringing together an exclusive network of premium event professionals who usually create unforgettable experiences for others. What felt like an effortless summer evening above the city had been thoughtfully planned, from the guest list to the smallest detail.

For the Christmas edition of MAISON BLANCHE, Lindwurm Kollektiv in Munich became the setting for an evening filled with meaningful connections and inspiration. A bold color palette of red and black, atmospheric lighting, exquisite floral arrangements, and carefully selected details transformed the urban space into a venue with a distinctive character of its own.

Between the cocktail bar, culinary highlights, and inspiring conversations, one thing took center stage: bringing together an exclusive network of premium event professionals who usually create unforgettable experiences for others. What felt like a relaxed evening to the guests had been thoughtfully planned, from the guest list to the smallest detail.

WHITE NIGHT PARTY IN PUGLIA - PRIVATE EVENT | PUGLIA, ITALY

A Mediterranean summer evening, a coordinated all-white dress code, and a relaxed pool and pizza party under the southern Italian sky. For this exclusive private event in Puglia, a bespoke event concept was created under the theme “White Night”, combining Mediterranean lightness with stylish design and a laid-back atmosphere. At the heart of the event were shared enjoyment, personal connections, and a special experience for the guests.

THE RESULT
A stylish White Night Party that combined the Mediterranean way of life, a cohesive design concept, and a relaxed atmosphere. A bespoke private event where the unique setting of Puglia and the shared experience took center stage.
