How does the collaboration begin? First, we will arrange a complimentary, no-obligation consultation. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your wishes, ideas, and budget for your dream wedding in detail, allowing me to create a concept that is perfectly tailored to you. Following our conversation, you will receive a bespoke proposal for your wedding planning, carefully tailored to your vision and your special day. Of course, you are welcome to take all the time you need to decide whether you would like to move forward with the wedding planning.
CONCEPT
After signing the contract, we will begin detailed wedding planning and develop a coherent concept for your day together. Whether you have concrete ideas or just initial concepts – the wedding planning will be individually tailored to you as a couple. From finding a location to planning the schedule and decor concept, to budget planning, I accompany you as a wedding planner in Munich, Germany and worldwide with a personal and well-thought-out wedding plan. You decide – I will professionally implement your wedding plans.
COORDINATION
Once the concept is in place, the actual wedding planning begins. Our exclusive venue search: We find the perfect location for you in Munich, throughout Germany, or anywhere in Europe. We consider not only aesthetics, but also logistical requirements, curfews, and capacities. In our planning meetings, we develop your wedding step by step, from selecting vendors and stationery to coordinating the timeline and managing the budget. With each stage of the planning process, a clear vision of your personal dream wedding begins to take shape.
THE DAY
The big day has arrived. Even when all the wedding planning is complete, something unexpected can always happen on the wedding day. That's why I'm already at the location in the morning, coordinating the setup and the arriving service providers, taking care of the final touches and keeping an eye on any possible changes at all times. As a wedding planner for Munich, Germany and the world, I pull the strings behind the scenes so that you and your loved ones can fully enjoy your wedding day.
