South Tyrol is one of the most exciting regions in Europe for exclusive weddings and exceptional events. Iting cuisine and warm hospitality creates a setting that is difficult to find anywhere else.
I spend a great deal of time in South Tyrol and, as a Munich-based wedding and event planner, have already had the opportunity to visit many of its event venues in person. What I particularly appreciate is the incredible variety the region offers. From historic castles and modern boutique hotels to elegant wineries and secluded retreats, every couple and every company can find a venue that genuinely reflects their individual vision.
In this article, I am sharing some of my personal favourites – venues that continue to inspire me with their atmosphere, quality and potential for extraordinary celebrations.

Schloss Freudenstein (Castle)
Eppan an der Weinstraße, South Tyrol

Schloss Wangen Bellermont combines historic architecture with a high degree of privacy, making it an excellent choice for weddings celebrated over several days.

Capacity: Suitable for intimate celebrations as well as larger gatherings

Margreid an der Weinstraße, South Tyrol
Paradeis by Alois Lageder is one of the region’s most exciting event venues for hosts who want to place cuisine, sustainability and wine at the heart of their celebration. Casòn Hirschprunn is a beautiful medieval manor surrounded by exceptional scenery.

Gut Kaltenburg combines historic charm with one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful wine-growing regions.
