WEDDING DAY
COORDINATOR
THESE ARE MY TASKS AS A WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR
Wedding Day Coordination is ideal for couples who are planning their wedding themselves but still want to enjoy their special day to the fullest. Place the coordination of your wedding in professional hands with me as your Wedding Day Coordinator – because hopefully, there will never be a “next time, we’ll delegate everything so we can enjoy the day too.”

SETUP
Have you already thought about who will take care of setting up all your personal items on the wedding day? In most cases, this is handled by neither the venue nor the florist.
Unfortunately, it is often the best man and maid of honour who spend the entire morning rushing from one place to another, while also trying to support the bride. At the same time, they are usually excited themselves and barely have enough time to get ready.
As your Wedding Day Coordinator, I will be more than happy to take care of tasks such as arranging place cards, setting up the welcome sign, preparing the guest book and candy bar, and much more.
With my eye for detail, I will find the perfect place for each of your personal items, allowing your wedding party to focus on what truly matters: being there for you. :)

COORDINATION
OF THE TIMELINE
COORDINATION
OF THE VENDORS
Every important event needs someone who keeps both the schedule and the time in mind. As your Wedding Day Coordinator, I know every detail and every key moment planned for the day – from the bride’s entrance and the cutting of the wedding cake to speeches, guest contributions and the first dance.
I make sure that the schedule runs smoothly and guide your guests from one part of the day to the next.
At the same time, every wedding requires a certain degree of flexibility. As a professional wedding planner and your Wedding Day Coordinator, I can assess when timings can be adjusted, how much flexibility there is within each time slot and which vendors need to be informed of any changes.
Your guests are not the only ones who need a dedicated point of contact on the wedding day – your vendors do too.
Questions such as “Where can I find a power socket?”, “Which table should the glass vases go on?”, “Who will collect the bride before the ceremony?”, “Who gives the singer the signal when she starts walking down the aisle?”, “When do the chairs need to be collected?” or “Where can I find the parasols?” are completely normal.
Most venues are so focused on their own responsibilities and procedures that they may not feel responsible for answering these questions or simply may not have received the necessary information from the couple.
These are all details I will discuss with you before the wedding so that I am fully prepared for the day. You can relax and enjoy every moment while I coordinate your vendors behind the scenes.

SUPPORT
Are your maid of honour and best man not among the most important people in your lives? I am sure you want them to spend this special day close by your side, happy, relaxed and able to enjoy every moment with you.
At so many weddings, I have seen members of the wedding party being treated almost like members of staff. By the evening, they are often completely exhausted and have no energy left to enjoy the celebration.
As your Wedding Day Coordinator, one of my main priorities is to relieve your wedding party of these responsibilities.
Because on your wedding day, they should be there for one thing above all: to support you emotionally and celebrate by your side.

THE WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR
IS SUITABLE FOR YOU IF:
You are perfectionists and want every last detail to be checked with a professional and meticulous eye before your guests arrive.
You want to enjoy every small and significant moment of this once-in-a-lifetime day – from getting ready to the final song of the night – while leaving the coordination in professional hands.
You believe your maid of honour and best man should be dancing, celebrating and supporting you emotionally rather than managing the wedding day.
